Who manages Hulen Meadows and how do I contact them?
Hulen Meadows management is Sawtooth Property Services and Sawtooth Mountain Management. Jon Gilmour jon@sawtoothproperties.com 208-720-5893 is our main point of contact for most matters and Tanja Green tanja@sawtoothmm.com 208-329-4513 should be contacted for billing questions.
Are there trailheads in the neighborhood?
Yes, there are two trailheads. One is on the North end of N. Hulen Way and has no parking. The other is on Mesquite and Sego and has limited parking.
Is the pond part of the neighborhood?
No. The pond is on BLM land and not part of the Hulen Meadows subdivision.
